Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, or related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Have 3-5 years of work experience in OHS, particularly in the automotive or manufacturing industry, with experience in managing OHS management systems, conducting OHS audits, and handling OHS incidents.
- Must possess professional AK3U certificate and OHS certifications such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Holds a relevant competency certification in Water Pollution Control (PPPA/PPU) and/or Air Pollution Control (PPA) is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HSE policies and environmental management programs.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and implement safety controls.
- Conduct HSSE training to improve employee awareness.
- Monitor permits company and regulatory compliance (NIB, SLF, PBG, etc.).
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Safeguard company facilities, assets, and personnel while ensuring security compliance.
- Prepare, develop, and implement HSSE performance reports.
- Support the implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, energy, water usage, and environmental compliance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understanding of IADL identification related to environmental aspects.
- Knowledge of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001 & Regulations on hazardous waste management.
- Good knowledge of business processes in the manufacturing industry.
