Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the HSE field, preferably in the shipping industry or shipping lines.
- Have a General K3 Expert certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and national and international regulations in the shipping sector.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and provide recommendations for control measures in the ship and port work environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of ship conditions, port facilities, and operational activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Assist in the investigation process of work accidents or incidents on board ships or in port areas, and prepare reports on the results of the investigation.
- Prepare periodic HSE reports and support HSE documentation in accordance with international shipping standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Understand the applicable K3L (Occupational Safety, Health and Environment) regulations in Indonesia, as well as international safety standards in the shipping sector (ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, etc.).
- Able to operate computers and make reports related to HSE.
- Have good communication skills, able to work in a team or independently.
