Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (Manufacture Plastic Injection).
ASAP.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing (preferably plastics, injection moulding, or chemical-related industries).
Certified in Basic Safety / K3 Umum, First Aid, or Fire Safety is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure daily compliance with company HSE policies and local regulations across the production facility.
Assist in implementing preventive and corrective actions for identified risks.
Respond to accidents, near misses, spills, or machine safety incidents.
Conduct regular toolbox meetings with production teams.
Monitor and document waste segregation (plastic scrap, chemical waste, general waste).
Maintain accurate HSE documentation (SOPs, HIRARC, SDS, inspection forms, training logs).
Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, emergency exits, and spill kits are properly maintained.
