Kualifikasi:
- Diploma Degree (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing, electrical installation, EPC, construction, or project site environments.
- Must hold a valid Certified Electrical Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Listrik) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI) or BNSP.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites in Jabodetabek and other cities across Indonesia.
- Able to work under pressure with strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, SMK3 requirements, and Indonesian Occupational Safety regulations.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe behaviors, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for project and manufacturing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), electrical safety procedures, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and other safe work systems.
- Deliver Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, and HSE awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, prepare investigation reports, and recommend preventive actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, safety statistics, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure effective implementation of HSE requirements at project sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, Electrical Safety standards, SMK3, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Able to conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, safety inspections, hazard identification, and incident reporting.
- Good knowledge of PPE management, emergency response procedures, and safe electrical work practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
