Kualifikasi:

Must possess certifications related to operational environmental management, including air, water, and hazardous waste (B3) pollution control.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
At least 4 years of experience as an Environment Supervisor in industries such as power plants, smelters, construction, or EPC contractors.
Willing to be placed at the job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan on a roster system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct safety inspections & safety talks.
Identify hazards and ensure safe work practices.
Support incident investigation & reporting.
Prepare & review HSE documents (JSA, procedures, risk assessments).
Support HSE system implementation & compliance.
Drive safety awareness among workers & contractors.
Responsible for conducting regular safety talks, performing site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, and identifying potential hazards. Support incident reporting and investigation, worker induction, and commissioning of equipment and facilities. Assist in developing and reviewing HSE documents (procedures, JSA, risk assessments), ensure proper implementation of HSE management systems, and drive safety awareness through training and communication with employees and contractors.
