Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an HSE Officer or HSE Specialist in infrastructure projects.
Experience with HSE audits and ISO audit processes.
Willing to travel for site visits across Indonesia, including Papua.
Willing to be based in Jabodetabek.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Oversee and monitor HSE/P2K3 compliance across all PSN Group project sites in line with applicable regulations and company standards.
Execute daily and project-based HSE activities.
Monitor and evaluate HSE implementation to ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
Prepare and manage quarterly HSE compliance reports.
Coordinate the roles and responsibilities of site HSE teams (including HSE Officers, certified experts, and emergency response teams).
Coordinate annual HSE programs and initiatives.
Support the ISO audit team in preparing HSE-related documentation and reports.
Prepare required documents and assist during external audits, including ISO 45001 and other ISO standards.
