Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, programs and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessment and identify hazards in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
- Facilitate HSE training, induction and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand HSE regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3 is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of K3 practices and risk management.
- Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
