Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Emergency Nursing, Occupational Health, or another relevant Health Sciences discipline.
Possess a valid and active Registered Nurse License (STR).
Certified in Occupational Health Services (Hiperkes).
Certified in Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), with a valid certificate.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Paramedic, Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or similar position, preferably in the Oil & Gas, energy, mining, construction, or industrial sectors.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Support the implementation of the company's Occupational Health programs in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Provide first aid, emergency medical treatment, and immediate medical response for employees, visitors, and contractors.
Conduct routine health monitoring, medical surveillance, and health promotion activities.
Maintain medical records, treatment documentation, health reports, and confidential employee medical files.
Assist in ensuring compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards throughout company operations.
Support health risk assessments, workplace inspections, and occupational health improvement initiatives.
Coordinate medical referrals, emergency evacuations, and follow-up treatment when required.
Participate in emergency response drills and Occupational Health awareness programs.
Work closely with the HSE Department to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Occupational Health and employee well-being.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Good knowledge of Occupational Health, industrial hygiene, workplace medical services, and emergency response procedures.
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations and HSE Management Systems will be an advantage.
Able to provide first aid, emergency medical treatment, health surveillance, and medical assistance in the workplace.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for medical reporting and administrative documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
