Kualifikasi:
- Male.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Experience min 1 year as Spv/leader.
- Certifications & Training Requirements: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) Certification from Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 MIGAS Certification from ESDM. Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) with FOET / HUET for offshore deployment. Certified Training in Offshore Crane Safety, Rigging, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights. Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, implement, and monitor daily HSE operations across engineering, maintenance, construction, and manpower supply activities in accordance with MIGAS, IMO, and statutory K3 regulations.
- Conduct routine safety audits, site inspections, and vessel walkthroughs on drillships, offshore rigs, and onshore maintenance yards to ensure strict adherence to corporate and client safety policies.
- Review, verify, and enforce compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Risk Assessments (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk offshore and maritime maintenance tasks.
- Lead safety briefings, supervisory toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for field personnel, specialized technicians, and maritime crew prior to work execution.
- Issue Stop Work Orders immediately upon identifying critical unsafe conditions, unmitigated maritime hazards, or breaches of offshore safety protocols.
- Direct initial incident investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action plans for any site or vessel near-misses and injuries.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance statistics to the HSE Manager, client representatives, and executive directors.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Onshore and offshore safety supervisory oversight, maritime and drillship safety compliance, Permit to Work (PTW) verification, offshore risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), marine environmental protection, safety auditing, and incident report formulation.
- Soft Skills: Supervisory leadership, assertive field communication, decisive problem-solving, high stress tolerance, cross-cultural team management, active listening, and crisis composure.
