Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years in the same position
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Indonesian citizens are highly preferred.
Possess relevant certifications: General OHS Expert (AK3U), NEBOSH/OSHA Certification (advantage), ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Basic Firefighting, First Aid, and Emergency Response.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and supervise the implementation of HSE programs at the project site.
Ensure full compliance with client standards, national regulations, and international best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and ensure all critical activities follow proper safety procedures.
Conduct HSE training, inductions, and toolbox meetings for all workers and subcontractors.
Monitor and evaluate subcontractor HSE performance.
Support emergency preparedness, including drills, equipment inspections, and emergency response.
Develop HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for management and client submission.
Act as a key liaison with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and project management teams.
Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement across all project activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Ability to conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JHA) and incident investigations. Proficient in HSE audits, toolbox meetings, and safety inspections. Strong capability in contractor management and permit-to-work systems. Familiar with construction hazards, scaffolding safety, excavation, lifting operations, and heavy vehicle movement. Emergency response planning and crisis management.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, disciplined, and firm in enforcing safety rules. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
