Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling rigs or related services.
Certified in K3 Migas, POP EBTKE, General K3, Confined Space Entry (CSE), Working at Height (WAH), and Lifting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and coordinate the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at oil & gas and geothermal sites.
Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, client standards, and company HSE policies.
Conduct and lead safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Supervise Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) processes.
Provide HSE training, induction, and safety toolbox talks for site personnel and contractors.
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce compliance with HSE procedures.
Coordinate and lead emergency response drills to ensure site readiness.
Prepare and submit HSE performance reports and KPI tracking to HSE Manager and project stakeholders.
Actively promote continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental sustainability practices at the site.
