Over 8 years of HSE work experience, with construction project experience.
Extensive experience in project safety management, having been responsible for the safety management of large and medium-sized construction projects, preferably with experience in factory project construction.
Work location: Central Java.
Certifications / Training (Preferred):
AK3 Umum (Indonesian General Safety Expert).
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 (Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor).
Construction Safety Certification (Ahli K3 Konstruksi).
Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation Training.
Emergency Response & Fire Safety Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Lead and manage overall HSE implementation on project sites.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Develop and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and policies.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections.
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Familiar with Indonesian construction safety management regulations and requirements.
