Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience for the HSE Officer position or a minimum of 5 years of experience for the HSE Supervisor position within the Oil & Gas, EPC, EPCI, Petrochemical, Refinery, Offshore, Pipeline, LNG, Power Plant, or Heavy Construction industries.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) certification. AK3 Migas certification will be highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, Indonesian regulations, and international standards.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, safety patrols, workplace observations, and compliance monitoring to ensure safe work practices are consistently implemented.
- Identify workplace hazards, perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
- Monitor the implementation of the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities, including hot work, confined space entry, working at height, lifting operations, excavation, and electrical work.
- Conduct Safety Induction programs, Toolbox Talks, HSE awareness campaigns, and coaching sessions to improve workforce safety competency and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental events, preparing comprehensive reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action recommendations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, safety statistics, inspection findings, audit reports, and performance indicators for project management and clients.
- Coordinate emergency response activities, emergency drills, and preparedness programs to ensure operational readiness.
- Support internal and external HSE audits, regulatory inspections, and client compliance assessments while ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Contractors, and Client Representatives to maintain high HSE performance throughout all project phases.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, Oil & Gas safety regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and client HSE requirements.
- Strong understanding of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Emergency Response, and contractor safety management.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
