Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor in commercial buildings, office towers, property management, or facility management.
- Experienced in handling environmental services, environmental monitoring and control (Wasdal), hazardous waste (B3) management, PERTEK, RINTEK, and Generator Operational Worthiness Certificate (SLO).
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and building management requirements.
- Manage environmental services activities, including Wasdal, B3 waste management, PERTEK, RINTEK, and SLO Generator compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain HSE procedures, reports, and documentation.
- Lead emergency preparedness programs, safety drills, and incident investigations.
- Provide HSE training, safety induction, and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and tenants.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure continuous HSE improvement.
