Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor, HSE Officer, Safety Supervisor, or a similar position.
- Experience in construction, industrial, oil & gas, energy, or mining projects is highly preferred.
- Experienced in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), contractor safety management, emergency response, and incident investigation.
- Certifications & Training: Valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate is highly preferred. Construction Safety Certification (AK3 Construction) is an advantage. SMK3 Implementation Training. ISO 45001 Lead/Internal Auditor Training. ISO 14001 Awareness or Internal Auditor Training. HIRADC and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Training. Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Training. Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training. Basic Fire Fighting Training. First Aid (P3K) Training. Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, and Permit to Work Training are preferred.
- Willing to work onsite at the Sorowako Office.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable government regulations.
- Supervise workplace safety activities by conducting routine inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and safe work procedures across all project activities.
- Lead Safety Induction programs, Toolbox Meetings, HSE campaigns, and safety awareness initiatives for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, safety statistics, KPIs, audit findings, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and follow-up improvement actions.
- Support emergency preparedness programs, emergency drills, environmental protection initiatives, and crisis response activities.
- Provide technical HSE guidance to project managers, engineers, supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure effective implementation of HSE requirements.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Zero Accident performance throughout project execution.

- Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance. Ability to lead HIRADC, JSA, workplace inspections, and risk assessments. Experience preparing HSE plans, procedures, SOPs, reports, KPIs, and audit documentation. Knowledge of contractor safety management and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Ability to conduct incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Good reporting, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
