Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Drilling, Well Services, Offshore, or Energy industry.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum/AK3U) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower or other relevant HSE certifications.
- Experienced in CSMS reporting and monitoring, as well as handling PSB, PB, and PA reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience in offshore drilling operations and offshore work permit processes.
- Additional certifications such as Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, H2S, HUET, BOSIET/T-BOSIET, or Offshore Safety Training will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and assigned to project sites, including offshore locations, as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations, company policies, client requirements, and international Oil & Gas standards.
- Ensure full compliance with SMK3, PTW procedures, HSE policies, and project safety requirements across all operational activities.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, and behavioral safety observations.
- Coordinate and manage offshore work permit processes while ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
- Prepare and monitor CSMS documentation, PSB, PB, and PA reports, along with other mandatory HSE reports.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and emergency response awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, fire prevention programs, first aid readiness, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, statistics, and monthly performance reports.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations, SMK3 implementation, ISO 45001, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC/Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
- Able to conduct HSE inspections, safety audits, behavioral safety observations, compliance monitoring, and incident investigations.
- Proficient in preparing HSE reports, safety statistics, corrective action plans, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
