Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position within hydropower, power plant, EPC, heavy construction, infrastructure, mining, or large-scale industrial projects.
Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, SMK3 Auditor, NEBOSH IGC, Incident Investigation, First Aid, Fire Safety Management, Risk Management, or other internationally recognized HSE certifications will be an advantage.
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary HSE teams, managing contractor safety performance, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Willing to work on a roster basis and be assigned to the Hydropower Plant Project in Mahakam Ulu, East Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and manage the implementation of the project HSE Management System in compliance with Indonesian Occupational Safety regulations, client requirements, and international best practices.
Develop HSE objectives, policies, procedures, and strategic safety plans to achieve zero incidents throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure effective implementation of SMK3, ISO 45001 requirements, Permit to Work (PTW), HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and other project safety programs.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project HSE team, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.
Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, emergency response plans, and safety procedures for high-risk construction activities.
Monitor project HSE performance through inspections, audits, safety observations, KPI analysis, and management reviews.
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure lessons learned are communicated across the project.
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, crisis management, and liaison with government authorities and client representatives when required.
Ensure all project personnel receive appropriate HSE induction, competency development, and continuous safety awareness programs.
Prepare comprehensive HSE reports, management presentations, regulatory submissions, and recommendations for continuous improvement to senior management and project stakeholders.
Drive a proactive safety culture by promoting leadership engagement, behavioral safety initiatives, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
