Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or HSE Coordinator within the Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Drilling, Offshore, Onshore, EPC, Mining, Petrochemical, Energy, or Heavy Construction industries.
- Requirements may vary depending on the assigned project and client specifications, including minimum years of experience and mandatory certifications.
- Possess valid HSE certifications relevant to the assigned project, such as AK3 Migas, AK3 Umum, IADC RigPass, IADC WellSharp, Basic Sea Survival, T-BOSIET (OPITO), HUET, H2S Awareness, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, Permit to Work (PTW), or other industry-recognized certifications.
- Experienced in conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Talks, Safety Induction, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Contractor Safety Management.
- Willing to travel and work on rotational assignments at project sites throughout Indonesia, including remote and offshore locations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, Indonesian regulations, and international industry standards.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections, safety patrols, workplace observations, and compliance audits to identify hazards and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and review Permit to Work (PTW) documentation for high-risk operational activities.
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs to employees, contractors, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, working at height, drilling operations, offshore activities, and heavy equipment operations to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, environmental events, and property damage cases by conducting Root Cause Analysis and recommending effective corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection records, incident reports, safety statistics, training records, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response drills, fire prevention programs, first aid readiness, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Collaborate with project management teams, engineering personnel, operations, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities to promote a proactive safety culture and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence, environmental sustainability, and the company's Zero Harm objectives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, SKK Migas requirements, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, SMK3, IOGP guidelines, and client-specific HSE standards.
- Familiar with drilling operations, well services, production facilities, pipelines, offshore installations, geothermal operations, mining activities, or EPC construction projects is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
