Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related major.
- Proven experience in a related field/position within general construction, high-rise buildings, or major infrastructure projects.
- Required Certifications & Training: Valid Ahli K3 Umum certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Muda/Madya) certification from LPJK or Kemnaker.
- Willingness to be based full-time on-site in Central Java.
- Subject Format: POSISI - DOMISILI (Example: HRGA STAFF - JAKARTA)

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and enforce daily Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) programs across project sites in full compliance with Indonesian government regulations and CSCEC safety management guidelines.
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, pre-work safety briefings, and issue Permits to Work for high-risk operations such as lifting, hot work, and deep excavation.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and establish control measures to maintain zero-accident benchmarks across all operational phases.
- Lead site incident investigations, prepare factual root-cause analysis reports, and oversee the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate site emergency response plans, conduct regular safety drills, and ensure proper maintenance of fire protection and first aid equipment.
- Prepare routine weekly and monthly HSE reports, manage compliance documentation, and facilitate regulatory audits by local government bodies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Soft Skills: Cross-cultural communication, assertive field leadership, sharp problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, stress resistance, adaptability in fast-paced project environments.
- Hard Skills: Construction risk assessment (HIRADC/IBPR), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), permit to work (PTW) administration, incident investigation, safety statistics analysis, environmental management plan (RKL-RPL) tracking.
