Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Experience in wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and environmental compliance.
- Certified General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
- Manage wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operations and environmental monitoring programs.
- Oversee waste management, hazardous waste handling, and disposal activities.
- Monitor air emissions, water consumption, energy usage, and environmental performance indicators.
- Coordinate environmental audits and inspections.
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace inspections.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Maintain and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, HR, and other departments.
- Develop annual EHS objectives, and improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to EHS performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental and occupational safety regulations.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting, GHG accounting, and ESG programs is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
