Kualifikasi:

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the corporate Zero Incident Culture (ZIC) and Respect & Care program across all EPC and Oil & Gas project operations, fostering a workplace culture anchored in mutual respect, care, and active intervention.
- Design and facilitate specialized training sessions, leadership coaching workshops, and toolbox interventions to embed safety ownership and care practices into daily field operations.
- Conduct risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA) and behavioral evaluations, integrating psychological safety and physical risk reduction measures into project execution plans.
- Oversee incident investigations using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques, ensuring a fair, non-punitive learning environment that addresses systemic human performance factors.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative tracking tools to measure ZIC, Respect & Care compliance, and site safety engagement, presenting data-driven insights to project directors and clients.
- Collaborate with site managers and client leadership teams to build an inclusive, zero-harm operational culture where every worker feels empowered to stop unsafe work without hesitation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Zero Incident Culture program implementation, Respect & Care framework execution, behavioral safety management (BBS), psychological risk assessment, root cause incident investigation, audit compliance, and safety cultural metric analytics.
- Soft Skills: Empathetic leadership, active listening, executive presentation, conflict resolution, cultural change management, high emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement.
