Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in HSE Technical Support, HSE Systems, HSE Administration, HSE Data Management, HSE Reporting, or similar positions within Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCI, Construction, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, Offshore, Onshore, or other high-risk industries.
Proven experience supporting large-scale EPC projects through HSE reporting systems, digital HSE platforms, compliance monitoring, technical documentation, and performance analytics.
Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) Certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Occupational Safety and Health for Oil and Gas (K3 Migas) Certification will be a strong advantage.
Relevant certifications, including ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Incident Investigation, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Internal Audit, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel Advanced, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint Administration, and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), are highly preferred.
Experience with HSE digital platforms, SharePoint, Power Apps, Aconex, EDMS, or other HSE information management systems will be an advantage.
Willing to work on a project site in Papua under a project-based assignment.
Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
Strong commitment to HSE standards, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Provide technical support for the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems throughout the Oil & Gas EPC project.
Maintain and administer HSE databases, digital reporting platforms, document management systems, KPI dashboards, and compliance tracking tools.
Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate HSE performance data from project teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision-making.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and management-level HSE reports, safety statistics, KPI dashboards, trend analyses, and client reports.
Monitor HSE action tracking registers, audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), incident investigations, observations, inspections, and compliance status.
Support the preparation and maintenance of HSE procedures, manuals, work instructions, technical documentation, presentations, and management reports.
Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Quality, HSE teams, Client representatives, and Contractors to ensure timely submission of HSE documentation and performance reports.
Support internal audits, external audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections by preparing required documentation and compliance records.
Maintain document control for HSE procedures, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW) records, training records, environmental reports, and statutory documentation.
Identify reporting trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
Support the implementation of digital HSE initiatives, automation projects, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Promote continuous improvement by supporting the implementation of best practices in HSE reporting, compliance monitoring, and information management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, Oil & Gas regulations, environmental regulations, client HSE requirements, and international HSE standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
