Kualifikasi:

Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of HSE supervision experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or construction projects.
AK3 Umum or equivalent HSE certification is required.
Firefighting, First Aid, and Emergency Response certifications are preferred.
Willing to work in Teluk Bintuni, West Papua on a rotational/site-based schedule.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and implement daily HSE activities at Permanent Camp Complex or Gas Processing Plant area.
Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Monitor compliance with HSE procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Lead incident and near-miss investigations and follow up corrective actions.
Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
Support emergency preparedness, drills, fire prevention, and first aid readiness.
Monitor environmental controls, waste management, and spill response.
Prepare HSE reports and maintain inspection and incident records.
Coordinate HSE implementation with site teams, contractors, and client representatives.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of PTW, risk assessment, incident investigation, and Indonesian HSE regulations.
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
