Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, Power Plant, Mining, or other high-risk industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
- Experience in implementing ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Willing to work at the EPC project site in the Riau Islands and travel as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis, and risk assessments to ensure effective hazard control.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work procedures, safe work practices, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Carry out routine safety inspections, safety patrols, and HSE audits across all project activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare investigation reports, identify root causes, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver safety induction programs, toolbox talks, HSE awareness campaigns, and emergency response training for employees and contractors.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire prevention, evacuation drills, and emergency response exercises.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, maintain HSE documentation, and support internal, client, and regulatory audits.
- Coordinate with project management, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective implementation of HSE requirements throughout the project.
- Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging compliance, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3, and applicable environmental regulations.
- Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HSE reporting systems.
