Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE, preferably in industrial, laboratory, inspection, mining, oil and gas, or related environments.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, particularly candidates with relevant academic backgrounds, certifications, internships, or HSE training.
Possession of a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) certification is preferred. Training or certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, or ISO 17025 is an advantage.
Willing to work in operational and field environments and comply with company HSE requirements.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
Perform hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control activities.
Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, safe working procedures, and applicable HSE standards.
Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, including identifying root causes and monitoring corrective actions.
Conduct and support HSE induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, safety campaigns, and employee awareness programs.
Maintain proper HSE documentation, records, inspection reports, and corrective action tracking.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), environmental management, hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.
Familiarity with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMKP will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
