Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3), Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines.
- Indonesian nationals only.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Training Coordinator, HSE Officer, Training Officer, or similar role within Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, energy, or heavy industrial projects.
- Possession of a valid AK3 Umum certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, BNSP HSE, Training of Trainer (TOT), First Aid, H2S, Fire Fighting, or ISO Internal Auditor will be considered an advantage.
- Experienced in developing HSE competency matrices, annual training plans, training materials, induction programs, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns.
- Able to work independently, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and travel to project sites when required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate HSE training programs in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare annual HSE training plans, competency matrices, training schedules, and training budgets.
- Conduct HSE induction programs, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Develop and update HSE training materials, presentations, manuals, and competency assessment tools.
- Maintain training records, certification databases, attendance reports, and employee competency documentation.
- Coordinate mandatory HSE certifications and refresher training to ensure workforce compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, feedback, and performance monitoring, while recommending continuous improvements.
- Support HSE audits, inspections, and client assessments related to training compliance and competency management.
- Collaborate with project management, operations, and HSE teams to identify competency gaps and implement appropriate development programs.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging continuous learning, behavioral safety, and compliance with HSE standards throughout project operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong technical knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, including SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing training records, competency databases, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
