Kualifikasi:
- HSE Lead (EPC) – 2 Positions.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCI, Construction, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, Offshore, Onshore, Energy, or other high-risk industries.
- Proven experience as an HSE Lead, HSE Supervisor, HSE Coordinator, HSE Engineer, HSE Specialist, or equivalent role on large-scale EPC or Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience in managing HSE teams and coordinating HSE activities throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution phases.
- Possess valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) Certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Oil and Gas Occupational Safety (K3 Migas) Certification will be a strong advantage.
- Relevant HSE certifications, including ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Lifting & Rigging, Emergency Response, Fire Fighting, and First Aid (P3K), are highly preferred.
- Experience using HSE reporting systems, digital safety management platforms, and safety performance monitoring tools.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs throughout all phases of the Oil & Gas EPC project in compliance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, international standards, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve project HSE plans, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety regulations, environmental legislation, Ministry of Manpower requirements, Oil & Gas regulations, and contractual HSE obligations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and technical support to project HSE personnel, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve HSE documentation, including HSE Plans, Risk Assessments, HIRADC, JSA, Method Statements, Emergency Response Plans, and Permit to Work documentation.
- Monitor HSE performance through regular inspections, audits, field observations, safety walks, and compliance assessments.
- Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses, environmental events, and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, emergency response drills, crisis management exercises, and business continuity planning.
- Manage Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) implementation and monitor contractor HSE performance throughout project execution.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports, safety statistics, KPI dashboards, management reviews, and client reports.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, commissioning teams, client representatives, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure successful HSE implementation.
- Promote a strong safety culture through leadership engagement, behavioral safety initiatives, awareness campaigns, coaching, and continuous improvement programs.
