Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or Scaffolding Inspector in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Heavy Construction, or other high-risk industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
- Possess a valid Scaffolding Inspector certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower or another recognized certification body.
- Willing to be assigned to the EPC Project in the Riau Islands.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, company procedures, client requirements, and approved engineering standards.
- Verify that all scaffolding erection, modification, dismantling, and usage activities are performed by competent personnel and comply with approved work procedures.
- Inspect scaffold components, access systems, platforms, guardrails, foundations, and scaffold tags before authorizing safe use.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work requirements, Working at Height procedures, and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform routine safety inspections, hazard identification, HIRADC reviews, risk assessments, and safety observations for scaffolding-related activities.
- Report unsafe conditions, non-conformities, and near misses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented promptly.
- Support incident investigations involving scaffolding activities by identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures.
- Maintain scaffolding inspection records, reports, checklists, certificates, and HSE documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and work-at-height awareness sessions for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with construction supervisors, scaffolding teams, and HSE personnel to ensure scaffolding operations are executed safely and efficiently throughout the project.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3, ISO 45001, Permit to Work (PTW), Working at Height requirements, and scaffolding safety standards.
- Familiar with international scaffolding standards such as OSHA, ANSI, or equivalent industry practices.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
