- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Willing to travel to operational sites if required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and environmental requirements.
- Prepare QHSE reports, maintain documentation, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver safety induction, toolbox meetings, and QHSE awareness training for employees.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance across the organization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of QHSE regulations, ISO Management Systems, and occupational safety practices.
- Familiar with incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety inspections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and possess high integrity.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
