Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Records Management, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in HSE Document Control, Document Management, or Document Control within Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCI, EPF, Construction, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, Offshore, Onshore, or other high-risk industries.
Proven experience supporting major EPC, EPF, fabrication, construction, commissioning, or Oil & Gas projects.
Relevant HSE certifications are highly preferred, including General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum), Occupational Safety and Health for Oil and Gas (K3 Migas), ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, Incident Investigation, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and Internal Document Control or Quality Management certifications.
Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Aconex, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or other document control platforms will be an advantage.
Willing to work on a project site in Papua under a project-based assignment.
Strong commitment to HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and document integrity.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Manage, maintain, and control all HSE documentation throughout the Oil & Gas EPC & EPF project in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, regulatory standards, and document control protocols.
Ensure all HSE documents are properly registered, reviewed, approved, distributed, updated, archived, and maintained with the correct revision status.
Maintain document control registers, document transmittals, master document lists, and document tracking systems to ensure complete traceability.
Coordinate with HSE personnel, engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, commissioning, quality, and project management teams to ensure timely submission and distribution of HSE documentation.
Maintain records of HSE procedures, HSE plans, risk assessments, HIRADC, JSA, PTW records, toolbox meeting records, training records, inspection reports, audit reports, incident investigation reports, environmental reports, and statutory compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with document retention policies, confidentiality requirements, client specifications, and applicable Indonesian regulations.
Support internal and external HSE audits by preparing and organizing all required documentation and ensuring audit records are complete and readily available.
Monitor document revision status and ensure that only the latest approved versions are available for project implementation.
Generate periodic document status reports, overdue document reports, and document control performance reports for project management.
Provide document control support during project mobilization, execution, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
Promote continuous improvement of HSE documentation processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and document quality.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong experience managing HSE documentation, including HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, HIRADC, JSA, Permit to Work (PTW) records, inspection reports, audit reports, incident investigation reports, environmental documentation, training records, and regulatory compliance documents.
Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, Oil & Gas regulations, environmental regulations, client HSE requirements, and international HSE standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of document control procedures, document numbering systems, revision control, transmittal management, document retention, confidentiality requirements, and records management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent document organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
