Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement, monitor, and enforce corporate Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies across daily forestry operations, tree harvesting, heavy machinery usage, and transport activities in Tanjung Jabung Timur.
Conduct routine field safety patrols, workplace inspections, and hygiene assessments to identify potential hazards, environmental risks, and unsafe practices in plantation sectors.
Execute risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA), review safe work procedures, and ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) for high-risk operations including tree felling, land preparation, and chemical handling.
Lead daily safety talks, toolbox briefings, hygiene sessions, and safety inductions for field workers, contractors, and heavy equipment operators prior to shift commencement.
Provide immediate first aid treatment, coordinate emergency medical evacuations, and oversee medical supply inventories at the remote site clinic and operational camps.
Support incident and near-miss investigations, compile preliminary evidence, analyze root causes, and report findings to the Safety Supervisor to prevent recurrence.
Maintain detailed safety inspection logs, track leading and lagging safety metrics, and compile accurate weekly and monthly Health & Safety performance reports for plantation management.
