Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Medicine with a valid Medical Registration Certificate (STR), or Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), or another relevant healthcare discipline with a valid professional registration.
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience as an Industrial Medic, Site Medic, Offshore Medic, Company Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, or Occupational Health professional within the Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Mining, Drilling, Offshore, EPC, Petrochemical, or Heavy Construction industries.
- Requirements may vary depending on the assigned project and client specifications, including minimum years of experience and mandatory certifications.
- Possess a valid professional registration (STR) in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Hold valid certifications relevant to the assigned project, such as Hiperkes (Occupational Health Certification), BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS, PHTLS, P3K, AK3 Migas, IADC RigPass, IADC WellSharp, Basic Sea Survival, T-BOSIET (OPITO), HUET, H2S Awareness, or other industry-recognized medical and safety certifications.
- General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) certification will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience in emergency response planning, trauma management, medical standby, health promotion, and occupational health programs.
- Willing to work on rotational assignments and be deployed to remote sites, offshore installations, or project locations throughout Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services, emergency medical treatment, and first response support to employees, contractors, and visitors at project sites in accordance with company policies and applicable medical standards.
- Conduct medical assessments, first aid treatment, trauma stabilization, and coordinate referrals or medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) when required.
- Maintain the operational readiness of medical facilities, ambulances, emergency equipment, medicines, and first aid supplies to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Support occupational health programs, including health surveillance, fitness-for-work evaluations, health promotion campaigns, vaccination programs, and infectious disease prevention initiatives.
- Participate in emergency response teams, rescue operations, fire drills, mass casualty exercises, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, incident reports, occupational health documentation, and confidential patient information in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with HSE personnel, project management, hospitals, clinics, and emergency service providers to ensure effective medical support throughout project operations.
- Conduct health education, wellness awareness programs, and first aid training for employees and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, client standards, and applicable Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Mining, or EPC project requirements.
- Promote a proactive culture of workplace health, safety, and continuous improvement across all operational activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of occupational health regulations, industrial hygiene, emergency medical response, health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, infectious disease prevention, and medical evacuation procedures.
- Familiar with remote site operations, drilling rigs, offshore installations, geothermal facilities, mining operations, or large-scale EPC projects is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
