Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an EHS Officer, HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or in a similar role within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- Hold valid and active EHS certifications, such as AK3 Umum (Ministry of Manpower), ISO 45001, ISO 14001, First Aid, Fire Fighting, or other relevant HSE certifications.
- Willing to work onsite in Cikarang and travel to project sites when required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, applicable regulations, and project requirements.
- Monitor compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards throughout daily operations.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety observations to prevent workplace incidents.
- Facilitate safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, then prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, including safety statistics and compliance records.
- Maintain HSE documentation, training records, inspection reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Work closely with project teams, supervisors, contractors, and clients to promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve HSE performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, SMK3 implementation, hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, emergency response, and environmental protection programs.
- Able to conduct safety inspections, safety observations, toolbox meetings, and HSE reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
