Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in project-based or high-risk industrial environments.
- Experience in geothermal, oil and gas, energy, mining, construction, or other industrial projects.
- HSE Training and Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification is highly preferred. HSE Management System training is preferred. HIRADC/HIRA and Job Safety Analysis training is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of HSE programs throughout geothermal project and site activities.
- Ensure all project activities are conducted in accordance with approved HSE procedures, risk assessments, method statements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and HSE compliance monitoring.
- Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, and potential high-risk activities and ensure appropriate controls are implemented.
- Review HIRA/HIRADC, JSA, method statements, and other HSE-related project documents.
- Monitor the implementation of Permit to Work and other critical safety control systems.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including hot work, working at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, excavation, electrical work, and energy isolation.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs.
- Provide HSE coaching and guidance to workers, supervisors, contractors, and project personnel.
- Support incident and accident investigations, including near misses and high-potential incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis and monitor corrective and preventive actions until effectively closed.
- Support emergency preparedness and emergency response activities at the project site.
- Coordinate emergency drills and ensure emergency equipment and response arrangements are maintained.
- Monitor PPE compliance and ensure workers are provided with and properly use appropriate PPE.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend corrective actions for identified HSE deficiencies.
- Support environmental management activities and monitor potential environmental impacts from project operations.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection findings, training records, incident reports, and corrective action documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for project management.
- Support internal and external HSE audits, client inspections, regulatory inspections, and project compliance assessments.
- Ensure applicable legal and client HSE requirements are communicated and implemented at site.
- Immediately escalate serious hazards, incidents, and critical HSE non-compliances to project management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems. Ability to conduct HIRA/HIRADC and develop appropriate risk controls. Ability to review and implement Job Safety Analysis and Safe Work Procedures. Ability to monitor Permit to Work implementation. Ability to conduct routine site inspections, safety observations, and compliance inspections. Ability to monitor high-risk activities, including working at height, lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, excavation, electrical work, and energy isolation. Ability to manage and monitor contractor HSE performance. Ability to conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and perform root cause analysis. Ability to develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans. Ability to support emergency preparedness, emergency response, evacuation drills, and emergency exercises. Ability to monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety conditions. Ability to prepare HSE reports, inspection reports, incident reports, safety statistics, and project HSE documentation. Ability to monitor environmental aspects and potential environmental impacts associated with project activities. Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting, data analysis, documentation, and presentations.
