Kualifikasi:
- Male.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Marine Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Possess a valid K3 BNSP Certification.
- Additional HSE certifications related to oil and gas operations will be highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas service industry, particularly in workover rigs, drilling rigs, barges, offshore support vessels, shipyards, or related operational environments.
- Physically and mentally fit, with a strong commitment to safe working practices.
- Willing to work on a 14-days-on/14-days-off rotating crew schedule.
- Based in Jakarta or Java and available for mobilization to project locations as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor all workover rig activities to ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the rig, equipment, work areas, and personnel to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Facilitate Toolbox Talks (TBT), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments before starting work activities.
- Ensure Permit to Work (PTW) requirements are properly implemented for activities such as hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and working at height.
- Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure all personnel comply with safety requirements.
- Conduct incident, near-miss, and accident investigations, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support emergency response preparedness, including emergency drills, muster exercises, firefighting activities, and first aid readiness.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, spill prevention, chemical handling, and pollution control measures.
- Maintain HSE documentation and reporting, including inspection reports, safety observations, incident records, training records, and corrective action tracking.
- Promote a positive safety culture by providing HSE awareness, coaching personnel, identifying hazards proactively, and encouraging continuous improvement in safety performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of HSE management systems within upstream oil and gas operations.
- Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, offshore safety requirements, and industry best practices.
- Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, and Emergency Response procedures.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
