Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or other high-risk industrial projects.
- Extensive experience managing HSE activities during engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover phases.
- Training and Certifications: Valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification is mandatory. Professional certifications in ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor are highly preferred. Additional certifications in Incident Investigation, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Lifting and Rigging, and Defensive Driving are considered an advantage. Membership in internationally recognized HSE organizations or possession of NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications will be an added value.
- Willing to work at the EPC project site in the Riau Islands and travel as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the project's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System in compliance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and international best practices.
- Lead the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across all project phases to achieve zero accidents, zero environmental incidents, and full regulatory compliance.
- Manage hazard identification, HIRADC, HAZOP studies, risk assessments, Permit to Work implementation, and critical safety programs.
- Lead HSE inspections, audits, workplace monitoring, incident investigations, emergency preparedness exercises, and management reviews.
- Establish project HSE objectives, policies, procedures, and performance indicators while ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
- Ensure contractors and subcontractors fully comply with project HSE requirements, safe work procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Provide leadership in safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, HSE campaigns, competency development, and behavioral safety initiatives.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to project management, clients, and regulatory authorities, including recommendations for continual improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure HSE risks are effectively managed throughout project execution.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Hard Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, including SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Strong capability in hazard identification, HIRADC, HAZOP, risk assessment, Permit to Work management, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Experienced in HSE strategic planning, safety performance monitoring, KPI management, contractor HSE evaluation, and regulatory compliance. Capable of leading internal and external HSE audits, management reviews, emergency preparedness programs, and business continuity planning. Proficient in Microsoft Office, HSE reporting systems, data analysis, and technical documentation.
