Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Officer within coal mining operations or mining contractor environments.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in open-pit coal mining operations, pit safety, heavy equipment oversight, and hauling route safety management.
- Willingness to work in a remote site environment, operate in field conditions, and adhere to company site roster schedules.
- Certifications: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or BNSP. Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certification issued by BNSP/ESDM is highly required or preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk monitoring across open-pit mining areas, stockpiles, workshops, and hauling roads.
- Verify, monitor, and enforce compliance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) for high-risk operations.
- Lead daily Tool Box Meetings, Safety Talks, and Safety Inductions for site personnel, contractors, and visitors prior to operational shifts.
- Monitor strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, heavy equipment safety protocols, and mining traffic safety regulations.
- Identify, record, and take immediate corrective action regarding unsafe acts and unsafe conditions observed in the field.
- Assist in preliminary incident investigations, gather field evidence, analyze root causes, and track the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate safety administration, record keeping of safety statistics, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports for site management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Mining site safety inspection, JSA and HIRADC execution, SMKP Minerba implementation, hazard identification, heavy equipment safety monitoring, incident investigation assistance, and site HSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong safety commitment, assertiveness in rule enforcement, effective field communication, observational precision, team collaboration, and adaptability to site conditions.
