Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE in the mechanical field, in boiler and tank areas.
- Holds a K3 Umum certificate from Kemnaker RI.
- Holds a Confined Space certificate from Kemnaker RI.
- Willing to be placed at project sites (Bojonegoro).
- Domicile in Bojonegoro is preferred.
- Able to join immediately.
- Placement: Bojonegoro.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs at the project site, especially for mechanical works.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare and verify JSA/JHA, work permits (hot work, confined space, work at height, etc.), and toolbox meetings.
- Supervise confined space and high-risk mechanical activities.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and subcontractor teams on HSE matters.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understands HSE regulations and industrial/project site safety standards.
- Good communication skills; able to work under pressure.
