Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HSE/SHE role.
- AK3U certification is preferred.
- Emergency Response certification is an advantage.
- Able to operate Light Vehicles (LV) and possess a valid SIM A.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards and minimize risks.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety equipment.
- Support emergency response planning and implementation.
- Organize HSE training, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
- Promote a positive safety culture across the workplace.
- Support the achievement of company HSE objectives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of HSE regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good reporting and documentation skills.
- Committed to promoting a strong safety culture.
