Kualifikasi:

Will be place in job site Musi Banyuasin (Sumatera Selatan).
Minimum Education S1 K3 Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
Have a General K3 Expert Certification (Ministry of Manpower).
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of heavy industry HSE, with a minimum of 2 years as a supervisor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise the implementation of all aspects of K3LH in the metallurgical testing area, mining equipment production, and fabrication processes.
Ensure that all activities comply with applicable SOPs and K3 regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, work areas, and procedures.
Ensure the readiness of fire protection equipment, PPE, ventilation systems, and gas detection.
Manage the use, storage, and destruction of hazardous chemicals (B3).
Prepare documentation and waste reporting according to KLHK and DLH regulations.
Train workers on the use of PPE, emergency procedures, first aid, and safe working procedures.
Provide technical direction to technicians or operators in terms of process safety.
Handle investigations of work accidents, near misses, and audit findings.
Prepare incident reports, recommendations for improvement, and root cause analysis.
Become a liaison for external audits related to SMK3, ISO 45001, or DLH/Kemnaker inspections.
Prepare documents and accompany the field audit process.
Create monthly and annual HSE work plans.
Analyze accident trends, near misses, and violations for continuous improvement.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Competencies: Able to read and understand MSDS of metallurgical chemicals; Knowing the safety standards of welding, lifting, heavy equipment, and high pressure; Familiar with hot work procedures, confined space entry, and emergency response; Able to conduct incident investigations and hazard identification systematically.
Non-Technical Competencies: Strong field leadership; Effective communication between engineering and production divisions; Ability to analyze risks and develop safe work procedures.
