Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
Must be experienced in the property management field for high-rise buildings (office or apartment) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional experience.
Willing to be stationed at the PIK 2 project site.
Must have professional certification of General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) issued by Kemnaker RI. Holding certifications in Fire Safety (K3 Kebakaran), Working at Height, or Electrical Safety is a strong added advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervises daily HSE field operations, safety patrols, and technical hazard inspections across high-rise building floors, basements, mechanical plant rooms, and common tenant areas.
Monitors, inspects, and verifies the operational readiness of building safety systems, including fire alarm panels, commercial sprinkler systems, main fire pumps, and HVAC smoke control dampers.
Evaluates and verifies Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk maintenance tasks, including high-voltage electrical work, confined space entry, and working at height.
Delivers interactive daily Tool-Box Talks, safety briefings, and specialized technical safety inductions for building engineering staff, fit-out contractors, and facility outsourcing personnel.
Supervises building fit-out activities, structural alterations, and tenant renovation works to ensure strict adherence to property safety guidelines and fire compartmentation integrity.
Executes initial technical investigations of workplace accidents, electrical trips, or equipment near-misses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), tracking corrective action closure.
Assists the HSE Chief in organizing building fire brigade training, floor warden briefings, evacuation drills, and emergency response exercises.
Compiles, analyzes, and presents weekly safety inspection logs, hazard observation reports, and monthly HSE statistics to the HSE Chief and Building Manager.

Soft Skills: Assertive site leadership, technical communication in English, proactive hazard identification, firmness in rule enforcement, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Hard Skills: High-rise utility safety inspection (fire pumps, alarm panels, HVAC dampers, sprinklers), HIRADC & JSA auditing, Work Permit (PTW) verification, fit-out safety supervision, incident investigation (RCA), and safety report writing.
