Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields.
Mandatory certifications: AK3 Umum / POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama), Basic HSE / SMK3 Certification, First Aid Certified.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in coal mining operations or mining service companies.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Program Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the worksite. Monitor compliance with SMK3, SMKP Minerba, and other regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety patrols, inspections, and audits in operational areas.
Risk Management & Hazard Control: Lead hazard identification and risk assessment processes. Recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize workplace risks. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment compliance by all workers.
Incident Management: Lead and supervise the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Prepare and submit investigation reports, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking. Follow up on the closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Training & Supervision: Conduct safety orientations for new employees and contractors. Lead Tool Box Meetings (TBM), safety briefings, and emergency drills. Coach and mentor site personnel to build a strong safety culture.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. Maintain documentation related to Safety performance, Inspections and audits, Incident records, PPE issuance. Support regulatory reporting to government authorities when required.
Emergency Response: Ensure readiness of emergency response equipment and teams. Coordinate first aid, fire safety, and evacuation procedures.
Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to promote safe working practices. Act as the main contact for HSE matters between site management and the corporate HSE team.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations (Permen ESDM, K3, SMKP Minerba). Proficient in hazard identification (HIRADC), risk assessment, and control implementation. Skilled in accident/incident investigation (ICAM/Root Cause Analysis). Ability to conduct Safety inspections, Tool Box Meetings, Emergency response coordination, Environmental monitoring (basic level). Understanding of heavy equipment safety, traffic management, and coal mining operations.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High discipline with strong analytical thinking. Good reporting and documentation abilities. Ability to work under pressure in remote mining environments.
