Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Mining, or Environmental Engineering.
Certifications: Minimum POP (Middle level/POM preferred) and specialized K3 Pertambangan certifications.
Experience: 5+ years of HSE experience in mining, such as HSE Engineer or HSE Officer, specifically with exposure to construction or greenfield projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the mining site.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace monitoring.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company HSE standards.
Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices in all operational areas.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Deep understanding of mining safety regulations, mine environmental management, and reporting systems to government agencies (ESDM/KLHK).
Expert in SMKP implementation, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and environmental reporting.
Language: Adequate English skill, to understand technical terms, and daily coordinations.
