Kualifikasi:
  • Hold at least bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial, Electrical, etc).
  • 5+ Years of experience as HSE Engineer or HSE Officer.
  • Willing to be placed in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi with 12:2 roaster.
  • SMKP implementation, JSA, and environmental reporting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Supervise and ensure HSE compliance across mining operations.
  • Lead implementation of SMKP and company HSE policies.
  • Conduct risk assessment (JSA) and monitor control measures.
  • Oversee environmental management and reporting.
  • Lead incident investigation and corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety training, induction, and toolbox meetings.
  • Coordinate HSE audits and inspections.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Expert in SMKP implementation, JSA, and environmental reporting.
  • Comfortably use English as Professional Communication.
  • Leadership & team management.
  • Incident investigation & reporting.
  • HSE audit & compliance.
