Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of HSE Officers and Safety Men across all active mine site areas.
Implement and maintain the SMKP Minerba system in full compliance with Kepmen ESDM No. 1827/2018 and PP No. 55/2010.
Conduct and facilitate HIRADC, JSA, and pre-task risk assessments for all high-risk mining activities (blasting, slope work, underground entry, heavy equipment operations).
Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for confined space, hot work, working at height, and electrical isolation tasks.
Oversee blast zone safety protocols, exclusion zone enforcement, and post-blast inspections.
Conduct daily safety inspections, drive-around patrols, and unannounced audits across pit, ROM, processing plant, and haul roads.
Lead incident and near-miss investigations using ICAM/TapRoot methodology; present findings and corrective actions to management.
Coordinate and execute mine site emergency drills, mine rescue readiness, and crisis response plans.
Monitor environmental compliance including dust suppression, water management, and land rehabilitation activities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly HSE performance reports, KPIs, and audit findings to site management and government inspectors (Inspektur Tambang).
Liaise with ESDM Mining Inspectors during official audits and regulatory visits.
