Kualifikasi:

Point Of Hire : Jakarta, Indonesia. Working Location : Jakarta Office. Employment Term : Contract Basis.
Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Law, Social Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, and community relations in the oil and gas sector.
Experience in onshore facility development, dealing with local government agencies and local communities.
Experience in ESIA (Environmental & Social Impact Assessment).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Manage monitoring, evaluation and reporting mechanisms of HSE Performance Indicators including Leading and Lagging indicators.
Obtain and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for ORF operations.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, land use policies, and local government requirements.
Develop and implement social impact assessment (SIA) and community engagement plans.
Act as a liaison between the company and local communities, NGOs, and government authorities.
Handle land acquisition negotiations and compensation agreements.
Conduct public consultations and address community concerns regarding ORF operations.
Work with internal teams (HSE, operations, legal) to align social and permitting strategies.
Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs related to ORF development.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of oil and gas permitting processes, local regulations, and environmental laws. Engage with regulatory bodies such as environmental agencies, land offices, and local governments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
