Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in seismic, oil & gas, or field operations.
Preferred Certifications & Training: AK3 Umum / NEBOSH / IOSH. H2S Awareness. ISO 45001 & ISO 14001. Incident Investigation Training. HIRADC / Risk Assessment. Emergency Response & Fire Fighting.
Able to provide details regarding: Seismic project name & location, Project duration, Company/client name.
Experienced in Oil & Gas / Seismic projects is preferred.
Willing to work on project/site area.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and supervise HSE implementation during seismic QC operations.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and government regulations.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
Monitor field activities, PPE compliance, and Permit to Work (PTW) implementation.
Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and audit documentation.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training programs.
Coordinate emergency response preparedness and safety improvement initiatives.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: HSE management & compliance. Hazard identification & risk assessment. Incident investigation & reporting. Safety audit & inspection. PTW & field operational safety.
Soft Skills: Leadership & team management. Communication & coordination. Problem-solving under pressure. Decision-making & discipline.
