Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Medically fit and able to pass Medical Check-Up (MCU) as per client standards.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE within Oil & Gas industry, with at least 3 years as HSE Supervisor.
- Possess valid Ahli K3 Migas certification (PPSDM Cepu or BNSP) – mandatory.
- Experienced in preparing and implementing HSE Plan and HSE Bridging Plan.
- Willing to work on-site and follow project operational working hours.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure implementation and compliance of HSE/HSSE standards in all project activities.
- Implement CSMS (PTK 005), Permit to Work (PTW), and HIRADC/JSA at site.
- Conduct safety inspection, safety patrol, and HSE audits regularly.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly HSE reports.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training for site personnel.
- Support and participate in incident investigation and prepare HSE reports.
- Implement Emergency Response Team (ERT) procedures and support medical evacuation (Medivac) when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure HSE compliance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge and experience in: HSSE implementation (Pertamina or other Oil & Gas Operators), CSMS (PTK 005 – PSB, PB, PA), Permit to Work (PTW), HIRADC / JSA.
- Good communication skills, assertive, and able to work closely with site teams and clients.
