Kualifikasi:

Bachelor degree in any discipline is required; a Master’s degree in any discipline is preferred. A background in Environmental Sciences is also desirable.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in environmental roles within the offshore oil and gas industry, with specific experience in decommissioning project.
Extensive experience with ESHIA, Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment for Post Operation Activity.
Experience with HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on project sites.
Experienced working in analysis and reporting of environmental monitoring services.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Environmental study: AMDAL addendum process and other environmental study required.
Environmental permit: Environmental permit process (wastewater disposal, etc.).
Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Ensure timely approval of environmental permits.
Maintain records of environmental compliance documentation.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with environmental study and permit processing in Indonesia.
Familiar and understand Indonesia's environmental regulations, especially in the oil and gas industry.
Ability to identify and document non-conformances and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.
