Kualifikasi:

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implementation of Safety in the Field: Directly supervise work activities in the field such as planting, maintenance, felling, loading wood, and transportation; Ensure the implementation of SOP and K3 protocols according to activities and types of equipment.
Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections on heavy equipment (excavators, skidders, loaders), chainsaws and cutting tools, fuel and pesticide storage areas, work facilities such as base camps and field posts, identify unsafe acts / unsafe conditions, and report and follow up on them.
Documentation & Reporting: Compiling daily/weekly inspection reports, Work accident reports (if any), Evaluation of corrective/preventive actions, Assisting in K3 reporting to head office or regulator (if necessary).
Socialization and Education: Implementing safety induction for new workers and contractors, Organizing toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and routine training, Providing education on the use of PPE, first aid, and emergency procedures.
Emergency Response Preparedness: Ensure that the work location has APAR, P3K, and evacuation routes, SOP for handling forest fires (fire watch & response), Coordinate with the site medical team or HTI Paramedics in handling medical incidents.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to: Conduct HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control) in the field work area; Supervise heavy equipment, chainsaws, logistics vehicles, and pesticide sprayers; Prepare work safety SOPs and emergency response procedures; Manage and monitor PPE usage programs in the field.
Firm, thorough, and able to develop field workers.
Have cross-level communication skills: from operator to site manager.
